How it works

Online, private, clinician-reviewed.

No appointments to schedule and no video calls. You share your history once, a licensed clinician reviews it, and care continues online.

The three steps

1

Private intake

Answer a structured questionnaire about your drinking, health history, and goals. It takes a few minutes.

2

Clinician review

A licensed clinician reviews your answers, checks for safety, and decides whether naltrexone is appropriate. A clinician makes every prescribing decision.

3

Medication and follow-up

If prescribed, your medication is sent to a pharmacy. Check-ins and refills happen online on your schedule.

About the medication

Naltrexone is an FDA-approved, non-controlled medication taken as a daily pill. It is used to support people who want to drink less or stop. It is not right for everyone, which is why a clinician reviews your history first.

Seriva is not for medical emergencies. If you are in crisis, call or text 988, or call 911.
